• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,950 - $2,060
• On-Call: Required, approximately four 12-hour shifts per 8-week schedule
• Weekend Coverage: May include weekends and nights to support staffing needs
• Floating: May float to OB OR
• Dress Code: Scrubs provided

Job Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of operating room nursing experience required
• Level II or greater trauma experience required
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, neuro, general/GYN/urology, vascular, and thoracic
• Strong experience with spine and orthopedic cases preferred
• BLS certification required
• Additional certifications aligned with state and federal regulations required as applicable
• Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide scrub and circulating support for a busy operating room with multiple surgical specialties
• Care for patients undergoing procedures such as spinal fusion, total joint replacements, ortho trauma, and DaVinci robot-assisted surgeries
• Support trauma cases and respond effectively in a high-acuity surgical environment
• Collaborate with surgeons, surgical techs, charge nurses, and OR support staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, attendance expectations, and safety standards
• Adapt to changing case volumes and assist where needed across the surgical services team
