Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent emergency department experience preferred
• Experience in acute care, emergency nursing, or fast-paced clinical settings preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity environment
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and prioritization skills
• Comfort collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and patient volumes

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department
• Perform triage, patient assessment, monitoring, and ongoing reassessment
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Support rapid response to urgent and emergent patient conditions
• Document patient care clearly and accurately in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate safe, efficient patient flow
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining patient safety and clinical standards
