Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: Every 3rd weekend
• Hours per Week: 36
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 1, 2026
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700 - $2,840
• Location: Albany, Oregon

Job Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required; labor and delivery or postpartum experience preferred
• Healthcare Provider BLS required
• ACLS required
• NRP required
• STABLE certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care for patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Monitor maternal and newborn status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Support families with education, reassurance, and compassionate bedside care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to promote positive patient outcomes
• Assist with GYN surgical care as needed within the unit
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Promote a calm, family-centered environment focused on safety and quality care
