Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Cerner experience required
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care in a busy hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Perform focused assessments, administer medications, and document care accurately in Cerner
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient patient care environment
• Follow unit protocols, charting standards, and best practices for patient safety
• Support weekend coverage as scheduled
