• Call Requirement: Required, including every other weekend or potentially every third weekend based on staffing
• Holiday Coverage: Must work at least every other holiday
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recent and combined permanent experience in the CVOR specialty
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required and active
• Experience with Epic required
• Recent experience circulating and documenting in a cardiovascular procedural or perioperative setting
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
• Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation with an acceptable score
• Must be available to complete pre-start compliance requirements and onboarding in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a high-acuity cardiovascular procedural environment
• Circulate and document accurately during cardiovascular and perioperative procedures
• Support patient safety throughout the surgical and procedural workflow
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the procedural team to ensure efficient, high-quality care
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain thorough charting and follow established protocols and clinical standards
• Participate in on-call coverage and holiday scheduling as required
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
