Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• At least 1 year of acute care experience required; 1–2 years preferred
• Previous Med/Surg nursing experience in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Required certifications must be completed prior to start
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and patient assessment skills
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and a multidisciplinary care team
• Travel-ready and flexible for floating as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and respond promptly to changes in status
• Administer medications, treatments, and ordered interventions accurately
• Document patient care thoroughly in accordance with hospital standards
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to support coordinated care
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient education
• Deliver compassionate bedside care that promotes a positive patient experience
• Support a collaborative unit culture focused on quality, reliability, and patient safety
