Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of current hospital Emergency Department experience
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• CPI Blue Card
• Experience with Meditech preferred
• Experience in a large or high-volume ED setting preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients across a broad range of acuity levels
• Perform IV starts, medication administration, and sedation support as needed
• Support pediatric and adult patient care in a fast-moving clinical setting
• Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, techs, and unit clerks to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow medication scanning procedures consistently
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient care while adapting to changing patient needs
