• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Shifts Per Week: 3 shifts per week
• Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, some weekends, no on-call
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 - $1,990

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience required
• Strong clinical skills in perioperative nursing and surgical patient care
• Ability to work night shifts and occasional weekends
• Comfortable meeting onboarding, background, and competency requirements
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for patients in the Operating Room
• Assist with surgical procedures and support the perioperative team throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile surgical environment
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow nursing staff
• Follow established protocols, safety standards, and documentation practices
• Adapt to unit needs, including reassignment to open shifts or related care areas when needed
