• Duration: 13-week travel assignment
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800-$1,890

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Level III NICU experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced NICU setting
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to neonatal care
• Preferred: delivery experience, NICU/PICU experience, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced NICU environment
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in acuity
• Perform and assist with procedures such as UAC and UVC insertion and intubation support
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurse practitioners, and the multidisciplinary care team
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care while advocating for infants and families
• Support individualized daily plans of care and contribute to positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit policies, procedures, and best practices
