Join a dynamic acute care team in Columbia, South Carolina, as a Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) and provide critical care in a fast-paced ICU and LTAC environment. This 13-week nursing assignment offers the opportunity to grow your clinical experience while supporting a Med-Surg unit as needed, with strong interdisciplinary support from respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, physical therapy, and social services.

- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,730 - $1,820
- Charting System: Epic EMR
- Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
- Weekend Coverage: Required
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
- At least 1 year of recent Epic EMR experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with ventilator management, wound care, tracheostomy care, and IV therapy preferred
- Comfort working in a fast-paced LTAC/ICU setting
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and adaptability
- Must be willing to float to qualified units as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality bedside care to ICU patients with complex medical needs
- Monitor, assess, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Manage ventilator support, tracheostomy care, wound care, and other critical care interventions
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to the plan of care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Epic
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery
- Float as needed to other qualified units and assist with patient care based on competency
- Maintain a safe, compassionate, and organized patient care environment
