  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570–$1,650

  • Setting: Medical/Surgical unit in an acute care hospital

Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends
  • Permanent residence must be more than 50 miles from the facility
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, compassionate Med-Surg patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Complete nursing assessments, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately
  • Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
  • Collaborate with physicians, case management, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed
  • Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
  • Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach throughout the assignment
