Job Details

• Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-Call: Required, averaging about 9 days per month
• Weekend Coverage: Average 1 weekend per month
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab nursing experience required
• Experience supporting standard diagnostic and complex interventional cardiac cases
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume cardiovascular environment
• Strong sense of urgency, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and weekend coverage
• Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist with standard diagnostic and complex interventional cardiology cases
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and the procedural team in a fast-moving environment
• Maintain readiness for call shifts and provide reliable support during urgent cases
• Follow established clinical protocols, documentation standards, and unit guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes
