Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency care environment
• Comfort with night shift scheduling and rotating holiday coverage
• Experience using Epic electronic health record preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical need
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and hospital protocols
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely, effective treatment
• Document care accurately in Epic and maintain strong patient safety standards
