Job Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Cerner experience required
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to Emergency Department patients
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and anticipate patient care needs
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely treatment and disposition
• Delegate and supervise patient care tasks appropriately based on team skill mix
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing learning and professional development
• Support continuity of care and uphold facility policies and best practices
• Be flexible to float as needed within the assigned care environment
