Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience required
• Recent ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• CCRN certification preferred
• Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent ICU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to clinical needs in a high-acuity setting
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and support complex treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, coordinated care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and promptly
• Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment in the Intensive Care Unit
