Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior Cerner experience required
• Willingness to float to Med/Surg as needed
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the EMR
• Support unit needs and float to Med/Surg when assigned
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach throughout every shift
