Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• NRP required; may be completed prior to start if not held at submission
• Experience caring for a combined Medical Surgical and Postpartum patient population
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and Postpartum patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and care plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient education and discharge readiness
• Maintain professionalism while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital environment
