• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,810 - $2,960
• Schedule: Weekends required; holidays may be required; overtime optional
• Call: No call
• Setting: Labor & Delivery / Family Birthing Center

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado
• BLS and NRP required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program or higher
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and meet the physical demands of a clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct labor and delivery nursing care to patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum phases
• Monitor maternal and newborn responses and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support breastfeeding education and newborn care teaching for mothers and families
• Document patient care, education, and events accurately in the medical record
• Communicate patient status clearly with physicians, nursing leadership, and the care team
• Assist physicians with procedures and collaborate with nursery staff for couplet care
• Promote wellness and provide ongoing patient education throughout the care experience
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for all patients
• Support teammates during emergencies and contribute to a strong, collaborative unit culture
