Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current NRP certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Fetal monitoring experience or certification preferred
• Ability to provide documentation for all required certifications
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for this travel RN assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and obstetric patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Support patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote high-quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit policies and procedures
• Use strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting
