• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Schedule: 36 hours per week with alternating weekends
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 - $1,650

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg, Medical-Surgical, or acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• Experience using Cerner preferred
• Ability to work day shifts and alternating weekends
• Must meet travel assignment requirements, including residing at least 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to Med/Surg patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and support individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record
• Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 6:1 while delivering efficient and attentive nursing care
• Adapt quickly to unit needs and contribute to a positive team environment in a fast-paced hospital setting
