• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts
• Schedule: Weekends and holidays required
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250

Job Requirements

• Current, valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required; trauma ICU or surgical ICU experience preferred
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced critical care environment
• Physical ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, walk, and assist with lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 250 lbs. with assistance
• Comfort using clinical systems such as Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, and Outlook preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for surgical ICU and trauma ICU patients
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and support evidence-based critical care interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to promote safe, high-quality outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with ICU standards, protocols, and hospital policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication throughout the shift
• Deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining focus, efficiency, and attention to detail in a demanding critical care setting
