- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360 - $2,480
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating shifts

Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- Postpartum nursing experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and flexibility for rotating shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate Labor & Delivery nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and newborn status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Support deliveries and assist with related clinical procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the care team to promote positive patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in Epic electronic health record systems
- Deliver education and emotional support to patients and families throughout the birth experience
- Contribute to a team-oriented healthcare environment focused on quality, professionalism, and flexibility
