Experienced Outpatient Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week contract in Camden, NJ 08103. Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $710-$750
• Setting: Outpatient
• Location: Camden, New Jersey
• Start Date: 9/15/2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Hours: 12 hours per week
• Schedule: Per diem schedule; must work 3 weekend shifts and 3 weekday shifts per 6-week schedule period
• Floating: Required to float to all like units
• Holiday Requirement: One major winter holiday, one major summer holiday, one fall/winter hallmark holiday, and one spring hallmark holiday

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience in a busy Level 1 trauma facility
• Current New Jersey RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• NIHSS certification
• Ability to work in a flexible per diem nursing environment with no guaranteed weekly hours
• Strong adaptability and willingness to float to similar units as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient clinical setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on established clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support efficient patient flow and positive outcomes
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support coverage needs across like units when assigned
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining safety and quality standards
