Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg or telemetry nursing experience required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Comfortable collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Perform thorough assessments and document patient responses accurately in the EMR
• Communicate patient updates and coordinate care with the healthcare team
• Support safe, efficient patient throughput and promote positive outcomes
