Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department or ER nursing experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced emergency care environment
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making skills
• Comfortable with night shift scheduling and rotating weekend/holiday coverage
• Completion of required onboarding, compliance, and travel nursing documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room
• Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and respond quickly to changes
• Support triage, treatment, and coordination of care for emergency patients
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver timely interventions
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and scope of practice
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and priorities in a dynamic ER setting
