Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Ability to provide safe, efficient care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Comfort working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Willingness to float as needed within the system
• Required onboarding and compliance documentation must be completed prior to start

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and document care accurately
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
• Support safe patient transitions, admissions, and discharges
• Maintain a patient-focused approach while promoting quality and continuity of care
• Float to other assigned areas as needed based on patient care needs
