Job Details

• Position: Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
• Setting: Acute care medical-surgical unit
• Location: Arlington, TX 76015
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 15, 2026
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650

Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with night shift scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families as appropriate to support recovery and discharge planning
