Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or an active multi-state RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification
• TNCC or an equivalent emergency nursing education course
• PALS or ENPC certification
• Ability to float when needed
• At least 1 year of recent ER, emergency department, or emergency nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced ER setting
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely treatment decisions
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in accordance with clinical protocols
• Document patient care accurately and maintain strong communication throughout the shift
• Support safe patient flow and assist with cross-coverage as needed across the unit
