• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current Washington State RN license or multistate RN license
• Approved 6-hour suicide training
• Demographics verification through Nursys
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced ER setting
• Meditech experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to emergency department patients
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and support urgent clinical interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols, clinical standards, and hospital policies
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment in a busy Emergency Department
• Maintain full availability for scheduling and communicate requested time off in advance for approval
