• Shift: 12-hour night shifts

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750–$1,840

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTAC environment

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs
• Provide timely, accurate documentation in the medical record
• Participate in weekly team conferences and communicate patient progress
• Support rehabilitation goals through direct, compassionate patient care
• Initiate discharge planning and patient/family education from admission
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other ancillary staff as appropriate
• Promote patient, staff, and environmental safety at all times
• Contribute to a positive, efficient unit culture through teamwork and professionalism
