We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Tucson, AZ. • Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment

• Start Date: 09/21/2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour evenings
• Schedule: Evenings, 5x8s (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750 - $1,840

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room / OR nursing experience required
• Circulating experience required
• Experience with robotics, general surgery, GYN, and urology preferred
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work evening shifts and contribute to call coverage as needed
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a surgical setting
• Experience in perioperative nursing, surgical nursing, or clinical support roles is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the operating room
• Circulate for surgical procedures and support the OR team throughout each case
• Assist with a variety of surgical services, including robotics, general surgery, GYN, and urology
• Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, and efficient workflow in the surgical suite
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Participate in call coverage as assigned and respond promptly when needed
• Document care accurately using the facility EMR
