• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,770–$1,870

RN Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Experience in acute care, rehab, or LTAC nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within the first 8 hours of admission
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time in the electronic medical record
• Support patient rehabilitation, education, and discharge planning throughout the care process
• Initiate patient and family teaching early to promote safe transitions of care
• Communicate changes in patient status to the charge nurse, physician, and interdisciplinary team
• Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel as needed
• Promote a safe, organized, and positive environment for patients, families, and staff
• Participate in team collaboration, unit support, and professional growth activities
• Assist with charge responsibilities following orientation, as requested
