• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 - $2,370

Job Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or current multistate compact RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum 1 year of labor and delivery nursing experience or related women’s health clinical specialty required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience in a fast-paced hospital or acute care environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician direction
• Use the nursing process to individualize care for patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians, peers, and other members of the health care team
• Direct nursing support staff in the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
• Maintain practice in accordance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures
• Support compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic labor and delivery unit
• Provide clinical support during childbirth, monitoring, and postpartum care as needed
