• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,570 - $2,710

• Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd or 4th weekend
• Setting: Surgical Services / Operating Room
• Location: Camp Hill, Pennsylvania (near Harrisburg, PA)

Job Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact License
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Ability to scrub and circulate in the OR
• Experience with a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, urology, orthopedics, podiatry, neurosurgery, craniotomy, spine, and trauma
• Willingness to float as needed
• PA fingerprints required
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical experience
• Scrub and circulate for a broad range of surgical procedures
• Support surgeons and the OR team during routine and complex cases
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow surgical safety standards
• Assist with trauma and specialized neurosurgical procedures as assigned
• Adapt to float assignments and rotating on-call coverage
• Contribute to efficient case flow, patient safety, and exceptional outcomes
