• Shift: 10-hour day shifts with variable start times (7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, or 1:00 PM)
• Schedule: Rotating weekends and holidays; on-call rotation includes at least one weekend per month
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,870 - $3,020

Job Requirements

• 4-5 years of Operating Room RN experience or combined OR nursing experience
• Independent circulating nurse experience required
• Experience circulating orthopedic, spine, and neuro cases
• Scrub nurse experience is highly preferred
• Comfort with complex neuro, spine, vascular, and orthopedic surgical procedures preferred
• Experience with DaVinci robotic surgery cases preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Ability to work rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient circulating support in the Operating Room
• Assist with orthopedic, spine, and neuro surgeries while working independently
• Support complex surgical procedures with strong attention to sterility, workflow, and patient safety
• Scrub for cases when needed and where qualified
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, and perioperative team members to ensure smooth case progression
• Adapt to variable start times, on-call expectations, and rotating coverage demands
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment
