- Position: Travel ICU RN – Cardiovascular ICU

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700 - $2,840
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts; approximately 3 shifts per week; 36 hours per week
- Setting: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing or cardiovascular critical care experience
- Experience working night shifts in a high-acuity intensive care environment
- Strong assessment, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and detail-oriented patient care
- Experience with critical care protocols, telemetry, and collaborative bedside nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in the CVICU
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes quickly, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to plan of care and unit protocols
- Perform frequent assessments and document patient progress accurately in the electronic health record
- Support recovery for patients with complex cardiac and thoracic needs, including post-operative care
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional ICU environment
