Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nursing Job

• Shift: 10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week with rotating weekends
• Call Requirement: 6-8 call shifts per month, including weeknight and weekend call
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room Circulator experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Robotics experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to support on-call coverage and rotating weekend scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room
• Circulate and assist during surgical procedures as part of the perioperative team
• Anticipate surgical needs and support case preparation and timeliness
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to promote efficient patient care
• Maintain communication with families and update preference cards as needed
• Support the scrubbing and assisting of physicians during surgical cases when appropriate
• Uphold state nurse practice standards, AORN guidelines, and facility policies
