• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000 - $2,100
• Setting: Inpatient behavioral health / psychiatric facility
• Floating: Required to adolescent and geriatric behavioral health units

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Inpatient adolescent psych experience required
• BLS certification required
• De-escalation training or certification required; SAFE Training Course may be completed onsite if needed
• Ability to work rotating shifts and every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Support adolescent and geriatric behavioral health patients with professionalism and empathy
• Use de-escalation techniques to promote safety and therapeutic engagement
• Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support individualized treatment plans
• Float as needed between adolescent and geriatric behavioral health units
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and healing environment for patients and staff
