Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience
• Experience in an acute care medical-surgical telemetry setting preferred
• Ability to complete required onboarding, health screening, and competency documentation
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Assess patients, administer medications, and carry out physician orders
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Promote a clean, organized, and patient-focused care environment
