Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing and telemetry patient care
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in an acute care hospital setting
• Current compliance with standard onboarding and clinical documentation requirements
• Reliable, adaptable, and prepared to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and promptly communicate changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and provider orders
• Complete patient assessments, document care accurately, and support care planning
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote safe, efficient patient care
• Respond to patient needs with professionalism, compassion, and strong clinical judgment
