Experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Boston, Massachusetts. Join a high-acuity surgical team and use your perioperative nursing skills in a fast-paced Level I trauma and advanced surgical operating room setting.

• Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Location: Boston, MA 02215
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
• Start Date: 10/05/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 10-hour evening shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,000 - $3,160
• Schedule Notes: Up to 2 weekends per month, with on-call coverage as assigned
• Setting: Inpatient Level I trauma and advanced surgical operating room environment
• Orientation: Weekly onboarding available

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Strong circulating experience in ortho, neuro, ENT, general surgery, and kidney transplants
• Scrub experience highly preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in a busy, high-acuity surgical setting
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as scheduled
• Travel-ready candidate with compliance completed prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Circulate and/or scrub for a wide range of surgical cases, including ortho, neuro, ENT, spine, GYN, urology, trauma, robotics, and transplant procedures
• Support safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical workflows
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the OR team
• Maintain readiness for call coverage and weekend assignments as scheduled
• Contribute to a team focused on complex, specialized surgical care
• Deliver high-quality care while adapting to changing case needs and priorities
