• End Date: 01/02/2027
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating day/evening shifts
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Weekend Rotation: Every 6 weeks as needed
• Call: As needed
• Holiday Requirement: 1 summer/winter holiday as needed
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700 - $2,840

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of operating room nursing experience required
• BLS certification through AHA required
• ACLS certification through AHA required
• Epic electronic health record experience required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Strong experience in orthopedics, spine, and robotics preferred
• Ability to scrub and circulate in the operating room
• Must be available for weekend, call, and holiday coverage as assigned
• Must be separated from the facility for 6+ months to be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures
• Support orthopedic, spine, and robotic surgery cases with confidence and precision
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary surgical team members to ensure safe, efficient case flow
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic
• Follow operating room protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety best practices
• Adapt to a rotating shift schedule and assist with call coverage when needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented surgical services environment
