Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• Operating Room RN or perioperative nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts with rotating weekends
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional accountability

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures
• Support patients and families by addressing educational, emotional, and procedural needs
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members to promote safe outcomes
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe operating room environment
• Follow established clinical protocols, documentation standards, and infection prevention practices
