• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,630 - $1,710

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced acute care setting
• Experience supporting Med/Surg, inpatient, or similar hospital patients preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide timely, accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and communicate patient updates clearly
• Support discharge planning and patient education from day of admission
• Supervise and direct ancillary nursing staff as appropriate
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and safe care practices at all times
• Maintain calm, professional communication with patients, families, and team members
• Prioritize tasks effectively to support quality outcomes and efficient unit operations
