- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,630 - $1,710
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience
- BLS certification required prior to first shift
- ACLS certification required prior to first shift
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced acute care setting
- Experience supporting Med/Surg, inpatient, or similar hospital patients preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Provide timely, accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and communicate patient updates clearly
- Support discharge planning and patient education from day of admission
- Supervise and direct ancillary nursing staff as appropriate
- Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and safe care practices at all times
- Maintain calm, professional communication with patients, families, and team members
- Prioritize tasks effectively to support quality outcomes and efficient unit operations
