Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• NRP required; may be completed prior to start if not held at submission
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients
• Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
• Prioritize care effectively in a busy emergency room setting
• Support safe, compassionate care for patients of all ages
