Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Experience with post-surgical patients preferred
• Comfort working with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with Meditech and standard clinical equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Care for patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, pneumonia, heart failure, renal failure, and post-operative conditions
• Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and support positive patient outcomes
• Respond effectively to changing patient needs in a 4-6 patient assignment
• Support a patient-centered environment with professionalism and strong communication skills
