Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred
• Experience with telemetry or similar acute inpatient populations is a plus
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide reliable coverage
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-focused mindset
• Completion of a full candidate submittal packet, including resume, self-assessment, and skills checklist

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to acute care patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards and policy
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and timely
