Job Requirements

• Active Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• PALS or ENPC required
• TNCC preferred
• Certifications must be attached to the submission packet
• Ability to care for pediatric or adolescent patients on occasion
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic critical care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients with complex and life-threatening conditions
• Assess patient status, monitor vital signs, and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments per clinical protocols
• Support ventilator management and advanced life support interventions in the ICU
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition
• Educate and support patients and families during critical care treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promote patient safety at all times
