Job Requirements
- Active Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
- PALS or ENPC required
- TNCC preferred
- Certifications must be attached to the submission packet
- Ability to care for pediatric or adolescent patients on occasion
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic critical care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients with complex and life-threatening conditions
- Assess patient status, monitor vital signs, and update individualized care plans
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments per clinical protocols
- Support ventilator management and advanced life support interventions in the ICU
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition
- Educate and support patients and families during critical care treatment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promote patient safety at all times
