• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nurse
• Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 - $1,990

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of bedside clinical experience required; LTAC or rehab experience preferred
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Comfortable supporting patient safety, communication, and discharge planning

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission and use findings to guide an individualized plan of care
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time
• Participate in patient rehabilitation and support goal achievement with a positive, encouraging approach
• Initiate discharge planning and begin patient/family teaching early in the admission process
• Communicate changes in patient status to the care team to support safe, continuous care
• Delegate and supervise ancillary nursing staff appropriately
• Promote a safe, calm, and efficient unit environment while supporting quality outcomes
• Contribute to team collaboration, professional growth, and ongoing learning
