• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910-$2,010
• Start Date: 12/14/2026

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Telemetry or med/surg telemetry experience strongly preferred
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Basic Dysrhythmia certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Strong time management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Confident IV start skills
• Excellent patient experience and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for telemetry patients in a med/surg setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Complete bedside shift reports, hourly safety rounds, and patient engagement practices
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and support plan-of-care implementation
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic clinical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Float to related units as needed based on competency
• Deliver professional, patient-centered care while supporting unit workflow and standards
